This 4 bath, 5 bedroom, rec room, living room & dinning room home with privacy in the back yard with covered porch would be a wonderful place to rent. You can either rent for $3,700.00 a month full time or seasonally. If renting seasonally it would be a min of 3 months in the summer June 1 to Aug 31st or for the ski season Dec 1st to March 31st. Seasonal rental start and finished time can be negotiated with the Landlord. There is no short term rental allowed and it cannot be subleased to another party. You would also have full access to the gym located at the lodge and use of the private beach at no extra cost. Seasonal rental to be paid up front yearly rental first and last month required. Rental Application with references, recent credit report and employer's letter is required. Non smokers only. Utilities in addition to rent.
